These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Forge iOS app and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Gray ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer team of Gordon Leung and Raymond Tan.
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms work alongside the Forge Privacy Policy, which describes what data the Service collects and how we use it. Please read both before using Forge.
Questions: [email protected].
The Service does not require account creation on our side. Your data lives on your device (and, where you enable it, in your own iCloud via Apple's CloudKit). There is no Forge-side account to register, sign into, or recover. You are responsible for the security of the Apple ID and device you use to access the Service.
When these Terms or the in-app UI use the words "Delete Account" (the in-app button is styled as DELETE_ACCOUNT to match Forge's protocol-typeface labels — same control, same action), they refer to a local data-purge action — wiping the records the app keeps on your device and your private iCloud. Because there is no remote account on our servers, "deletion" cannot mean "remove a Forge-side login."
3.1 Plans. Forge offers the following auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Apple, collectively branded as Forge Pro:
Current pricing for each plan is displayed on the in-app paywall. Each subscription is auto-renewing: it will automatically renew at the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of that period. Your Apple ID is charged the renewal price at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
Prices you see are charged in your Apple ID's local currency; Apple determines the equivalent. For details on what data we collect when you purchase or renew, see the Forge Privacy Policy (§3.4 Subscription data).
